Dedicated (label)

Dedicated Records was a British independent record label in the 1990s. It was founded by Doug D'Arcy after leaving Chrysalis Records where he had been Managing Director, later President and director of the Chrysalis group. It was a joint venture with the BMG group, and eventually was amalgamated into the main group via Deconstruction Records.

The label signed Spacemen 3 from Fire Records, who promptly split following the signing, and therefore they inherited Spiritualized. Other signings to Dedicated Records included Global Communication, The Cranes and Chapterhouse.

In the USA, Dedicated Artists were transferred Arista Records, although by then the only groups on its roster were Spiritualized and Beth Orton (US only).
